DualtMob is a Mobility program for Training managers, managers and technicians of the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, aimed at the transfer of good practices of the Vocational Training system in French Alternation.
Thus, 20 professionals of the joint entity will be able to know the system of Vocational Training (VT) in French alternation, during a week, in cooperation with the Comité de Concertation et de Coordination de l'Apprentissage du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics (CCCA-BTP) and share the exchange of knowledge between the host French partner and the representatives of the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, from the Territorial Councils of Andalusia, Aragon, Canary Islands -Las Palmas and Tenerife-, Cantabria, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, Catalonia, Community of Madrid, Valencian Community, Extremadura, Galicia, Navarra, Basque Country and Region of Murcia.
For five days, the visiting training managers will immerse themselves in the French system of Vocational Training in Alternation, which will also bring them closer to the economic environment of the construction industry and to the training practices in companies and their relationship with the Education and Vocational Training (VET) structures, specifically in the Aquitaine area.
For this, the group will carry out an intense program and a guided route through different Apprenticeship Training Centers (ATC), which are part of the CCCA-BTP network.
Fundación Laboral de la Construcción and its partner, both of them members of the European Network Reforme, share the same interest in the promotion of the mobility and the development of innovative didactic methodologies as an effective instrument to address the needs of developing human and social capital that exist in Europe.
